Introduction

In Xobox, the player (you, naturally) tries to remove as much of the black "floor" as possible (specifically, 75% or more). This is done by moving across the floor to cut it apart. Of course, there's a catch: there are several moving balls floating around the floor, and if they touch you or your trail before the cut is finished, you die!

Fans of the old Windows game "Jeezball" will feel right at home.

Gameplay

The player must move around the playing field to try and find a good spot to start "cutting." Note that once a player is moving in a direction, they will not stop until they meet an obstacle (the edge of the playing field; the beginning of a wall). It is possible to change directions while moving. To begin cutting the trail, simply move across the black field. Try to time it so that the balls are at a distance from you - you must complete a cut before the ball touches you or your trail, or you will lose a life and your current trail will be lost. Any cut pieces without a ball in them will disappear, and once 75% or more is gone, you advance to the next level.

note: On the Gigabeat and MR-100 there are two ways to pause the game, but only the A or Display button, respectively, will resume the game. The Hold switch displays a PAUSED splash with capital letters.
