Release Notes for Rockbox 1.1

These release notes were originally posted to the mailing list.

I just packed, built and tagged release 1.1 of Rockbox.

The major changes since 1.0 is:

• Recorder support
• Playlist support (max 10000 files, approx 1000 files/sec load time)
• Scrolling
