This page used to mention uploading to the tracker for SVN commit. We no longer recommend this, uploading to the wiki (and soon the themes site) is recommended. In some cases a WPS can be included in the distribution, if the WPS exists for several targets (ideal: all) and the RockBox developers like it enough
