Who Does And Admins What In Rockbox

The www.rockbox.org server

It is a 8-core VPS hosted by OVHCloud in their Oregon (USA) datacenter, running Fedora Linux. All administration, maintenance, and upgrades are handled by Solomon Peachy.

All Rockbox services and sub-sites, other than email and DNS, are hosted on this server.

Backups

Every day an incremental snapshot of the server is performed, including a database dump and all daily builds. This has proven very useful over recent years.

The rockbox.org name

The domain name was registered and donated to us by Jeff. The DNS server hosting and administration is performed by Solomon Peachy.

rockbox.org email addresses

Email is hosted on one of Solomon's personal servers and administered by him.

Are hosted on https://lists.haxx.se, but also administered by Solomon Peachy.

Builders

These are hosted by interested individuals with variious capabilities and toolchain support, but SolomonPeachy maintains a trio of builders capable of handling everything Rockbox needs. That said, more builders are always welcome!
